Breathing Apparatus

Self Contained Breathing Apparatus
Compressed air is carried in one or more cylinders and is released through a pressure demand valve and breathing tube to the face piece.
The BD 96AS is the state of the art design in BA systems including self demisting mask, first breath activated demand valve and balanced pressure reducer making it ideal in confined space environments where the atmosphere is contaminated or contains an oxygen deficiency or both. Used by professionals in government utilities, fire brigades, defence, petrochemical companies and on a day to day basis for general use.
Escape Breathing Apparatus
Escape breathing apparatus is used in atmospheres which can become contaminated or deficient in oxygen or both. A simple to use device that allows the wearer to be fully protected in less than 15 seconds providing 5 - 10 minutes constant air supply.
The LIFEGUARD is a low profile design making this short duration ( 5-10 minutes) escape device easy to activate and comfortable to wear without restricting movement or exit from the confined space area.
It incorporates an air storage cylinder with a pressure reducing/constant flow meter valve, a flexible connecting hose and flame retardant hood.
Chemical Escape devices are also available.
